Order Processing
All artworks are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for me to prepare your order before shipping.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact me immediately if there is any damage.

Shipping
I ship all orders using Correos, the Spanish national mail service. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days (Correos Paq Estándar)
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra: 3–5 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination; please expect longer transit times, and note that customs processing may cause additional delays.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays.
• If the courier is unable to deliver, they will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your package will be held at a local Correos office for 14 days for you to collect.

Additional Information
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.
• For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
• As each piece is handmade and created to order, I cannot guarantee returns or exchanges.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I will do my best to resolve the situation.

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
