I use only high-quality acrylic yarn that meets the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, an international certification that ensures textiles are free from harmful substances. The underlay of this tufted rug is covered with tiny vinyl dots that make it non-slip. It keeps your rug in place and makes your home safer for you and your loved ones.

Vacuum regularly, brush it gently, or use a lint roller to keep it looking new. Watch out for water - avoid the washing machine. If it gets stained, a damp cloth will do wonders. If a thread pops up, don’t worry - just trim it with scissors, but never pull on it. Give it lots of love! That way, your rug will remain a treasure in your home for a long time.

All artworks are made to order. Please allow me 1–3 business days to prepare your order before shipping. All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping

I ship all orders from Barcelona, using Correos, the Spanish national mail service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days (Correos Paq Estándar)

• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra: 3–5 business days

• International: Delivery times vary by destination; please expect longer transit times, and note that customs processing may cause additional delays.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I will do my best to resolve the situation.
