This Maneki Necko figurine is meticulously hand-painted in my artisan studio in Barcelona. The multi-step process involves applying base colors, layering graphic and symbolic designs, then sealing everything with a high-quality gloss glaze for lasting colors and shiny reflective effect. All artworks are made to order. Please allow me 1–3 business days to prepare your order before shipping. All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping

I ship all orders from Barcelona, using Correos, the Spanish national mail service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days (Correos Paq Estándar)

• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra: 3–5 business days

• International: Delivery times vary by destination; please expect longer transit times, and note that customs processing may cause additional delays.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I will do my best to resolve the situation.
